The sale is generally set up as a One Way Path through the two main galleries of the lower portion of the house, then there is the garage full of items and here there is plenty of open space for moving about.
Everything is CASH AND CARRY literally meaning you pay and you carry. We will not have anyone on site to help you carry purchases to your car.
The entrance to the sale is down a narrow driveway leading to the back of the house, please be prepared to remove your purchase up the driveway. This is a less than ideal situation and it will be a chore, but it is the best we can do.
The parking on the Main street is limited and extremely busy, there is a cross walk in front of the home. More parking on the side streets nearby.
This sale has an eclectic blend of antiques and newer art and old furniture. The emphasis is on the French, Italian and Northern California lifestyles including but not limited to antique and vintage furniture, desks, large and small bookcases, dining tables, Danish collector's cabinet with 11 drawers, several drop leaf tables, cedar chests, oriental style chests, rocking chairs, Windsor type chairs, early Singer sewing machine metal treadle frame with fancy carved drawers, mahogany bookcases, vintage bedroom sets, arm chairs, framed crafter stained glass panels, lots of paintings and prints, mirrors, unique vintage Russian army coat with mink fur lining, old oil lamps.

This and every sale we conduct is on a First Come/First Serve basis. We do not quote prices over the phone or email nor do we hold things for anyone. Everything is sold "as is". Our goal always is to liquidate everything by the end of the sale date. No follow up or after hours sales. Everything needs to be removed by Sunday afternoon.
